New ideas forming....May 2012

A meeting with visual artist John Cuttriss this week inspired ideas for new work and possible collaboration in the future.

John makes "photographic images and models of domestic interiors depicting an elaborate shadow play of fiction and fact inhabited with the traceries of life.
They are constructed realities, which relate to the confusion that surrounds memory."

New ideas developing in the studio thanks to an interesting debate about 'other places' that may be represented as a hideaway/ retreat/ meditative/ imagined space recorded in moments of time.
